You must provide accurate information and have authority to submit it. An agent acting for another person or organization must have authorization to do so.

Moderation
Profiles and automated submissions may be reviewed, edited with the owner, rejected, unpublished, or archived. Submission does not guarantee publication, matching, investment, or a commercial relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or infringing material, probe private links, bypass limits, send malware, scrape private data, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant MEGA(niche) permission to store, review, format, and display approved public profile content for operating and promoting the marketplace.
Private links
Profile and match-room links are bearer credentials. Keep them confidential and notify us if one is exposed. Links may expire or be revoked.
No transaction commitment
Catalog entries, match suggestions, readiness material, and illustrative commercial terms are informational. Binding pilots, resale arrangements, investments, or transactions require separate written agreements.
Availability and responsibility
The early-access service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of availability, commercial results, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Norwegian law applies. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
