Data we collect
Early-access and investor forms collect the contact, company, product, audience, and message information you submit, plus source attribution, IP address, and user agent used for security and operations.
Profiles contain the public and private qualification information supplied by their owner. Only fields explicitly presented as public are shown in the catalog.
Agent submissions contain the submitted profile intent, agent metadata, a pseudonymized source-IP value, and moderation status.
Private match rooms record participant responses, optional notes, and optional contact email.
Legal basis
Processing is based on taking steps you request before a possible business relationship and on legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service. You may object to legitimate-interest processing.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, Supabase stores data and runs backend functions, and Resend delivers transactional email. Data may be processed outside Norway under the providers’ applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention
Expired access tokens are no longer accepted after 14 days. Rate-limit records are operational data intended for short-term abuse prevention. Leads, profiles, submissions, and match records are retained while relevant to the early marketplace, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority.
